Gordon leads performance improvement efforts to accelerate growth across JAB’s portfolio companies. Among other initiatives, he founded the Portfolio Management Committee, which is responsible for portfolio-wide value creation. 

In addition to his role at JAB, he is President of the Consumer Beauty Division at Coty.  

He has more than 30 years of operational experience in value creation and performance enhancement. Previously, he served as Chief Transformation Officer at Coty, where he led large-scale performance and organizational change. He also spent five years as an operating partner with KKR Capstone, focusing on corporate carve-outs and value creation across the KKR portfolio. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Group Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Films Division and Chief Procurement Officer at Klöckner Pentaplast. He was also a senior director at AlixPartners and began his consulting career at Kearney, Ernst & Young, and Kienbaum Consultants International. 

He serves on the Boards of several JAB companies, including Coty and Krispy Kreme.
