Joachim Creus
Joachim works closely with Frank Engelen to shape the firm’s strategy and drive JAB’s key investment and expansion initiatives. He has been central to all of JAB’s major investments and divestments. He also served as JAB’s General Counsel for nine years.
Previously, he held senior legal at Siemens, Rödl & Partner, and Tiberghien Lawyers, where he advised on complex legal and tax matters across corporate and private equity mandates, including M&A deal structuring and global tax planning.
He serves on the Boards of several JAB companies, including Coty, Independence Pet Holdings, National Veterinary Associates, JDE Peet’s, and Pinnacle Pet Group.
