Andrew Taktajian
Andrew oversees all legal, regulatory, and governance matters across JAB’s insurance businesses.
He brings more than two decades of legal experience in the insurance sector. Previously, he served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Federal Life Group, Inc., an affiliate of Bain Capital. He has also held senior legal roles at American Equity Investment Life Holding Company as Associate General Counsel, Insurance, and at Prudential Financial as Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Earlier in his career, he worked in various legal roles at AIG and began his career at Cantilo and Bennett.
He serves on the Boards of all of JAB’s insurance companies.
