Adam Hodes
Adam leads strategic development, M&A integration, and corporate growth initiatives across JAB’s insurance businesses.
He brings more than 35 years of experience in the insurance sector as an adviser and finance executive. He has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Financial Institutions at Bank of America, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Development MetLife, and Managing Director in the investment banking department at Credit Suisse. In these roles, he advised boards and senior management teams on transformational transactions, capital strategy, and long-term growth initiatives. He also led strategic planning and M&A functions at WellChoice, Inc. and CNA Financial Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked in the financial institutions groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Salomon Brothers Inc.
