Guillaume Briere-Giroux
Guillaume supports the development of JAB’s actuarial strategy across its life and annuity insurance business.
He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has advised on most major U.S. asset-intensive reinsurance and M&A transactions since 2008. Previously, Guillaume was a Partner at Oliver Wyman and served as Chief Life and Annuity Reinsurance Officer at Fortitude Re. He began his career as an actuary at Allianz Life. Guillaume has also co-authored several actuarial papers and publications on financial reporting, reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions, asset-liability management, pricing, assumption setting, and actuarial professionalism.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a CFA Charterholder.
