Lauren Aguiar
Lauren is responsible for the overall global legal strategy of JAB and its portfolio companies. She also oversees areas such as compliance, regulatory, privacy, cyber and IT, and security.
She joined JAB following nearly three decades at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. At Skadden, she was a member of the Policy Committee and served as President of the Skadden Foundation.
She serves on the Boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Covenant House International, The Masters School, the O+ Music Festival, the Skadden Foundation, and she is the Chair of the Board of New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
